MOHE,(Ministry of Higher Education) distributed questionnaires to employer to know and identify why they didn't hire fresh graduates.Base on the research,stated that:
1.poor command in English-55%
2.poor character,attitude or personality-37%
3.asking for unrealistic salary and benefit-33%
4.no suitable position for fresh graduate-15%
So..
who say our economy is bad and that's why they are no job vacancies?
who say they were looking for experience candidates only?
Improve your English,built up you're personality,don't be fussy and choosy (obviously hundred thousand of student graduate each year)
